When using the search feature there are no results populating. All of our saved searches also are not showing any results. Dashboarding Reporting is OK for now but we can’t search for tasks at all. Is anyone else having this issue?

Came across a quick brain scratcher: a user asked to search for their completed tasks from the past year 2025.
When we looked in advanced search:
-
task type: task (incl subtask, milestone, approvals)
-
place (any)
-
status (any) ** it only shows incomplete, closed and deleted. Is Closed = Complete?
-
Due Date range Jan 1 2025 - Dec 2025
The output is empty
We were able to pull the report through Plan > Reporting > Dashboard
Report on:
-
Tasks
-
Filters: Completed
-
Assignee (X)
-
Creation Date Between Jan 1 2025 - Dec 2025
-
Due Date Status : Complete
This pulls up the # of tasks and when clicked, opens to a list view of all tasks completed
Was curious why the advanced search in this case didn’t pull up the tasks filtered for? Perhaps a simple thing that my monday end of brain is not processing

Yes, Closed includes Complete.
But I think this is due to a bug reported today.

I’m experiencing the same issue, what is the solution or what are we to do? When I filter my searches nothing populates!!!
My issue was resolved by submitting a ticket in the Help Center- I would recommend doing that. However, we now have an issue with Custom Searches– we have these set up and sorted by project to manage our team’s workflow, and some tasks are not sorting into the correct project even though they are assigned to the project- I submitted a ticket for this as well but am still waiting on a response.
