We have a Salesforce integration with Asana and and we set up a flow to create an Asana board attached to the Salesforce Project object whenever a new project is created; however, every time we create a Salesforce project, two project boards are launched in Asana. Any ideas why this might be happening?
When the flow triggers, do you see that one flow interview fires, or multiple? If it’s the latter, it may point to a root cause on the Salesforce end.
Assuming you’re using a record-triggered flow, and that you have entry criteria defined, it’s worth doublechecking that it only triggers when the criteria is first met, rather than continuously. Flow Trigger Explorer may also provide insight into what other automation may be impacting the flow.
@Zoe_Kayton if you’re still struggling to get your Salesforce and Asana tasks in sync, you can try Unito’s Asana Salesforce integration. It comes with a 2-week free trial and is much simpler to use than a custom solution.
