Rules: error 5 when trying to change 'set due date / select date'

Create a rule and add a start or due date as Do This.
Each time I try to open the select date box, I get error code 5.

I am having the same issue (I did open a ticket with Support). With mine, my trigger is a manual rule. But when attempting to set a due date on a new task creation, it keeps crashing, giving me the error code 5, and also doesn’t auto-save the rule and kicks me out of the rule builder when I attempt to reload. I reported this 5 days ago too. Glad to see it’s not isolated to just my computer.

Hi team, apologies for the trouble! As @Phil_Seeman mentioned, our Support team would be best equipped to investigate this for you, as it seems to be isolated and we can’t replicate it on our end.

That said, I’ve seen similar reports where the issue was related to the version of Google Chrome being used. Once Chrome was updated, the issue no longer appeared. If you’re using Chrome, I’d recommend trying that as a potential fix.
