Rule not working suddently -- date not getting assigned

I’ve been using this style of rule for at least a year now on hundreds of projects and then suddenly last week (our team noticed on 5/31) just one part of it stopped working: the date. The rule should assign it to a person and for a due date of today. Now it completes half of that equation: it assigns to the person, but the date field is left blank after the rule runs. I’m including a screenshot of the rule in case that helps. Any ideas?

same for me, its not working!!

I’m experiencing the same issue, it stopped at some point later in the afternoon on 5/30/2024. I’ve tried creating a new rule, editing the existing rule and still not successful. Is this a bug tied to recent update?

I’m having the same issue, my set due date rule stopped working after 5/30/24

I had the same problem a few days ago. I adjusted the rule from 0 tot 1 day in the future and it worked again (only with the wrong due date). I experienced it only in one project (or I am not yet aware of other problems).

I’ve also emailed about this…

And… just like that it seems to be working again for me. No changes to the rule were made, just working again. At least for me. :slight_smile:
