Hello! Has anyone used Review Studio or Ziflow for a proofing option? We are looking for a proofing solution that allows for versioning and integrates with Asana.

Welcome to the forum, @Julie_Pettit! I believe Ziflow has a native integration with Asana and Review Studio also has one. I think they both connect reviews to individual tasks in a project.

My agency implemented Ziflow earlier this year, and it’s been an excellent tool for our proofing needs.
Ziflow includes features to help with version tracking and version comparison. Users just need to remember to upload an updated file as a version of an existing proof – not an entirely new proof. (But if the latter happens, there’s a way to convert the accidental new proof to a version of an existing proof.)
The Ziflow/Asana integration is pretty solid on its own. But I think it could be more robust. Our in-house developer was able to customize the integration to better suit our needs and further streamline/automate our proofing process.
