Resource Planning with Asana

Hey, I hope the Asana community might be able to help me. We currently use Asana to manage our projects and I’d currently like to use Asana to make resource planning. Do anyone have any tips/templates/advice for using Asana to manage resources?

The key thing for us to track is people, timings (day by day) and what they will be working on. We currently manage this via google sheets, snip attached.
