When I load Asana on my iPad, I get that annoying page which asks me to open it in the Asana App.
But I need the desktop version, and It’s really annoying to have to request it each time!
I do use the iOS app but it’s lacking features which for me are essential so I also need to use the desktop version regularly
Thank you,
Simon

Wanted to second this idea! It’s taking up the screen space which is already limited on iPad. It’s unfortunate that iOS app lack features from web app, same scenario as you.
Uninstall the app and works, the message don’t appear more
I agree. I’m using an iPad Pro now to replace my laptop.
I like to keep the app, as I can then use the widget for today’s tasks, but as a power-user the iPadOS app doesn’t provide enough functionality.
The fact that I don’t see an option to dismiss this notification annoys me, and it comes across pushy/whiny.
The workaround I’m trying now is grabbing the top bar just below the message, and dragging it up to hide the message.
The more I’m using Asana my iPad, the more this starts to annoy me.
The app is far too different and limited for me to be using over the browser version, and getting the unskippable banner to open the app in each and every tab is really starting to get on my nerves.
For now I’m keeping the app for the Today homescreen widget, but I expect my annoyance will soon win and I’ll remove the app entirely.
