We have a user who was never a team member but who was previously assigned to a few tasks. They are still showing up in the task assignee suggestions list when clicking “Unassigned” within a task. How do we remove them?

This did not answer my question. I’m trying to remove someone from the dropdown list who is a guest, not a team member.
Hi @Persep_Sion and apologies for the confusion here.
By default, all members of your Organization, wether or not they’re a member of your team, will appear in the Assignee drop-down menu, even if they’re guest of the Organization. Removing them from your Organization will also remove them from the drop-down menu, however if this guest is still collaborating with other teams and needs to remain in the Org there is currently no option to remove them from the Assignee options within your team - apologies for the trouble and the confusion, please let me know if there is anything I can help with!

I have a similar question, but it’s stuck in my personal projects and I have no admin console for my personal projects ( I think ). I’m trying to get rid of tasks suggesting my ex who gave me PTSD from the suggestions because it triggers me every time I see it.
