Recent Activity

Hi Asana Community,

As someone who oversees multiple projects, I rely on the “View project activity” feed to get a quick, chronological summary of what’s changed in a project—new tasks, comments, completions, etc. It’s essential for me to stay up-to-date without having to click into every single task.

In my current Asana interface, I can no longer find this feature. I’ve checked the usual places like the project dropdown menu and the header area, but it seems to have moved.

Could anyone on a similar UI let me know where I can find the full project activity log now? I’m attaching a screenshot of what my project header looks like for context.

Thanks for your help.

Welcome, @Tapish_Minar,

I’m afraid no screenshot appeared; can you try again?

Do you mean the right column in the project’s Overview tab:

That’s not a very detailed log, but provides some info.

The Smart AI project summary feature may help. Or being a project member and setting your project’s notifications and reading your Asana Inbox.

Thanks,

Larry

Yes. Thats correct. Is smart AI only option? It misses some details or emphasizes other. I just want to see what was updated in in last week or last 10 updates or something. I have like 30 projects, hard to keep track of them even with AI summary.

If you’re on a paid plan, you can use various kinds of Advanced Search starred (saved) search reports.
