I’m curious how to handle a situation that is likely to arise at some point, but I’m not dealing with it right now.
If someone leaves the company, and they are the owner of a project that has no other admins on staff, how would we go about gaining access to those projects to assign a new owner?
I have suggested that as a best practice, every project should have more than one admin, but I know that’s an extra step that not everyone is going to follow when building projects, so I’d like to know what steps I can take when this does eventually happen.
Is this a case where we’d need to contact the support team, or is there some super-admin privileges I’m not finding that would allow me to manage this myself?
