Rearranging the "menu bar" (?) items?

List Board Timeline Calendar Progress Forms Conversations Files

I am not sure if this “menu bar” of items has an actual name, but I am wondering if it is possible to rearrange the order of these items?

It would be a slight improvement in our use case to have “Progress” right next to “List”.

Is this available in settings or options?
