Is there a way to customize how these tabs are ordered on each project? I’d love to put conversations and files before some other options I don’t currently use so that I don’t have to click “more…” to access.

these tabs aren’t customizable, but if you haven’t yet, I’d recommend you to upvote Make Conversations feature more visible and easy to find
