Hi. Is there a way to assign things like due date, tags, projects as you are writing the task?
For example Call Bob Tomorrow 9am @ProjectName #Tag #Tag2

Something like that.

Hi @Vinny_Troia, no but you can use shortcuts.

@Vinny_Troia - I’d recommend that you create new tasks via the bright orange + button at the top.
From there you can create a task and add the following details right from this screen

  • Assignee

  • Due Date

  • Description

  • Associated project(s)

  • Task collaborators

  • Attachments
