🎤 Q&A with a Collaborative Work Management expert: Gail Schaar

Hi Community, :waving_hand:

We love hearing how people are using the Collaborative Work Management Certification to grow their skills and support their teams. Today, we’re back with another expert from our certification community: Gail Schaar, who’s been putting her new skills to work, making Asana more efficient for her team! :light_bulb:

This passion for optimizing workflows is at the heart of what Gail does. It’s all about improving how her team collaborates and ensuring they get the most out of Asana.

Like many people working to improve team processes, Gail has faced some challenges along the way. One of her biggest hurdles was getting her team fully on board with using Asana. She worked to convince a few team members who still thought email was the best way to manage tasks.

For Gail, the Collaborative Work Management certification is a valuable tool for her career growth. She sees certifications as an opportunity to build on her skills and knowledge, which is exactly what this certification has done for her.

With her new skills in hand, Gail is continuing to fine-tune Asana to better fit her team’s needs and ensure it’s as useful as possible for them.

Gail’s experience shows how this certification can help professionals become more effective at managing workflows and collaborating with their teams. It’s all about applying what you’ve learned to make real improvements. :glowing_star:

I was lucky to receive the very first Collaborative Work Management Certification (as part of the pilot program). I can attest that it is an excellent way to learn or brush up on your Asana knowledge with highly practical information you can start to use even before you finish the fairly rigorous program.

Thanks,

Larry

That’s awesome, congrats on being part of the very first group to complete the certification, @lpb! I didn’t know you were part of the pilot! :tada:

We’ve been hearing similar things from others too, especially how it helps make Asana feel less overwhelming and easier to navigate. And honestly, I know I work here so it might sound biased , but I still learned a lot going through the certifications, even after using Asana every day for almost 7 years! It really helped me look at a few things with fresh eyes.

Thanks for sharing your experience! :heart_hands:
