No, I don’t believe so. Though you could try asking Support: Please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
My understanding is that you have to create a new email with the domain name, but keep the old one to use to add/reassign access to work objects to the new email, which is a separate account.
You can add that new email via your existing login at Profile image > Settings > Account > Email management. But you still have to do the above part after.
