I have a feeling we have come to the limit of Asana’s functions but wanted to check here first.
We need to look at all our project timelines together. Is that possible?

You can currently see one Timeline view per project, if you wish to see several projects in a single Timeline view, you can use our Portfolio feature or create a master project and add tasks from different projects.
