I performed a tutorial for a client on Asana. I used the Project Manager AI Teammate. I gave the AI Teammate 2 separate prompts.
In the first scenario, I typed out a description of my client’s business and structure and asked for it’s ideas on organizing the portfolios. It gave a great, very detailed suggestion of a portfolio structure which largely matched the client’s current structure. Some suggestions we really cool because it pointed out areas of multi-homing!
In the second scenario, I prompted how to add, update, and distribute shared documents. The Project Manager AI Teammate explained how it could be done simply, giving the Asana Admin the control and visibility they needed.
