I’m trying to find out more about project lifecycle. Currently we have some old projects which are still on the app. We no longer use these projects but the tasks within them still show up in my reports and metrics.
I’ve tried to mark these projects as “Complete” which does remove them from the list of active projects but the tasks still show up in the metrics.
Basically, what is best practice when completing a Project so that it doesn’t keep cluttering our working space?
Archiving projects is one initial thing to do, at least.
Without seeing how you’re specifying your reporting, it’s hard to give more details, but there are ways in Asana and other tools to limit the range over which you’re reporting, perhaps by teams, portfolios, sets, of projects, etc.
