Hello everyone,
I need a few more minds to look at an issue that we’re experiencing since last week, that I can’t figure out how to solve. Asana’s Customer Support is also involved but couldn’t solve it yet and it starts to affect our organisation.

What am I trying to do:
Currently we’re using a single “master template” to create most of our customer projects, that involves a lot of custom fields (89) and automations (43) to add the correct tasks and assign them to the correct team, based to a form submitted right after project creation. -
What’s not working/the issue:
Since a week ago, whenever someone tries to use the template to create a new project, it seems to be stuck in a loop. It starts all normally, populating the project with tasks, fields, rules, forms, etc. but at some point it just gets stuck with some custom fields and most automations missing, making the project unusable. Also the project can’t be deleted, because it’s still not fully created. No matter how long I wait, Asana still says it’s creating the project as can be seen here:

What I’ve tried so far:
Since I did alter the template before the issue occurred the first time, I tried reversing these changes which included removing a note for the project description, removing a bundle and making the template open to edit for everyone (which is a big no-no, but if it works I’d take it…), but this made no difference, the same problem occurred when creating a new project.
I also tried to re-make the template by duplicating the last project where it worked, but also this new template gets stuck in the same loop.
Has anyone experienced something similar or has a tip, what could be the culprit? This is a major problem for our organisation and I can’t wait for Asana’s support for another week to solve the issue.
Thanks in advance!
