I don’t think it’s currently possible to in Universal Reporting a chart across all projects like you’d want.
However, if on Business or Enterprise, you can show the “Duration” column in any Portfolio view and that will give you the number of weeks length of the project (start to due date) for each project row. For projects beyond a year’s duration, it shows only in years–see also:
