Product Implementation Suggestions

We’re implementing web based software that has 6 modules. For each module there is data entry, user assignment, training, and probably some level of communication to end-users required. I’m trying to think about the best way to use boards to track the progress of implementing each module. Any suggestions on a methodology?

Hi @Stephen_Fitzgerald. I would have the Product Backlog in a list project and then for each time box bring the tasks into a board project with the relevant columns providing progress.


Do you have access to portfolio? You could track the progress with them.
