when we recovered the project most of the vital information fields within each booking/task was deleted and not able to be recovered.

FWIW, I recall a couple months ago or so several reports that, after a project was restored, either by the email link sent after project deletion or perhaps by Support’s intervention, some elements of the project were not missing/not fully restored. I think these were in the Forum (maybe Critical Bugs) or perhaps Slack but I don’t recall the details and I don’t think we ever learned the underlying cause.
