We’d love to use team and project chats more, but they don’t get used very often, because their buried away with too many clicks to access them. This could easily be solved if we had the possibility to add a chat to the favorites section in the sidebar. This would give everybody one-click access to a group chat.

I would love to be able to bookmark important conversations, so I can refer back quickly.
Currently, my workaround is to create a task in My Tasks (in a Section called Bookmarks). I make a task and then in the task description I include a link to the conversation.
But it would be really great to have the option to add them directly to Favorites so they aren’t cluttering up my to-do list.

Great request, @Justine_D! I think this would be very useful! I was going to offer you the same workaround. We don’t have plans to launch something similar in the near term but I’ll keep you posted!
@Justine_D, you could also consider using a project instead of your My Tasks. Just to avoid cluttering your My Task view

I could add tag or add this to my personal project but I think We would need something similar to a “liked items” list, where we could flag tasks or comments for our own and others should not know about this.
Is this possible to search what I liked?

I agree! Or having a set field in the left-hand pane that had all chats organized there. If there were an easier and more streamlined way of using chats, then we would switch our team from telegram, to asana chats entirely.
This is very similar to Pin Conversations to Favorites
Maybe you can vote over there so we focus our voting power on one thread?

One of my clients moved away from asana to Stackfield. Stackfiled offers communication tools too and even video calls.
Could you allow us to favorite discussions so we have at least a text chat in asana that is easy to find?
