Hello! Quick question, we have an org that has more than 13 members. And we plan to only upgrade 3-5 out of the 13 members to a premium account. Is this possible to only pay for 5 for an account upgrade?
Hi @Jaro_Necesito, you can choose to upgrade your entire Organisation (which automatically includes all members) or a specific team (including only the members of this team); to learn more about these two options, check out this guide article. Please note that if you choose to upgrade a specific team, premium features will only be available within this team, every other team will run on the free version.
