When you copy and paste text into the overview, formatting doesn’t get applied, such as text for bold. If you type out the text, then the formatting does work.

We have text auto-generated from our CRM that gets cut and pasted into the Overview, and it would save a lot of formatting time if we could include the formatting in the text, such as text for bold.

I can confirm that this is currently expected behaviour. That said, I’m going to move this post to #productfeedback so folks in the community can upvote it and so our developers can get a better look at the needs of our members :slight_smile:
