Page keeps freezing and I can't access support

Hi, every time I try to expand a task, the page freezes, and when I try to contact support I get trapped in a loop of putting my information in, getting an error message, the bot refreshes, and the cycle starts again. I’m at my wits end.

I have cleared my cache, cookies and history so far. Nothing has worked.

Please can anyone help me?
