I was wondering if there is an option to remove subtask directly from its task after adding it to a project (tab +P). I don’t want to drag it to same project as a task and remove it from there.
@Rajesh_Prajapati1 I believe the only way to remove this item as a subtask is to drag it from the task details of its parent task and into the main project pane. At this point it will show to be apart of two projects and you can remove it from the one you just drug it to. I believe that is what you were looking to avoid yet I think it is the only way.
There is an advanced action (within the subtask menu as seen HERE) where you can move subtasks using the “make subtask of” action, but there isn’t a similar action to “make task of” (in which case I’d expect this function to replace a subtask relationship with a project relationship)
