I just wanted to share that I noticed the place to make public links changed and it took us a while to find it again.
Instead of being visible on the project menu, you now have to go to the project drop down menu > sync/export > create a public link.
Very buried!
I also couldn’t find any documentation saying when or why this changed.

Thanks for sharing that! It’s frustrating when features move around without clear communication. The new location for public links can definitely be hard to find, especially when you’re used to a previous layout.
If you haven’t already, it might be helpful to provide feedback directly to Asana about the change and the lack of documentation. User feedback can sometimes prompt improvements in navigation or clearer updates in their help center.
In the meantime, it could be useful to document this new process for your team, so everyone is on the same page. If you come across any official updates or explanations later, feel free to share!
