Not displayed "Create a public link"

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
January 17, “Create a public link” was not being displayed.
On 18, it was restored.

Steps to reproduce:

Browser version:
Microsoft Edge Ver 120.0.2210.133 (64bit)

What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)?

I’m glad to hear it’s working again.

One possibility is someone disabled the option in Admin Console > Security for a short period of time and reenabled it again.


Hi @Ka_Nishiyama , it could be what @Shun_Sakurai notes above, or that you were an Editor and now a Project Admin?

Only project admins can create and share public links, as noted here:

Regarding the issue at hand, I appreciate your notification.
The matter of it being unusable on the 17th has been resolved since the following day, starting from the 18th (including the 19th).
Therefore, it seems to have been a temporary situation.

Furthermore, I have confirmed that the 17th is unavailable for use in multiple projects.

Furthermore, the administration of Asana within our organization rests upon me as the Super admin
, and it is inconceivable that I would be unaware of any security configuration changes.

In any case, I posted this as a record of the situation.
