Apparently there is a major ongoing bug related to multi-homing. Here’s a message received by a client from support
a bug that our Engineers are currently prioritizing to resolve. The multi-homing of tasks (using a template or not) to multiple projects are showing some inconsistencies on our end, in particular as you noted previously, when an automation is involved.
Our dashboards are completely messed up, our numbers are all broken… We also see multi-homing issues.
Anyone else noticed something?

@Julien_RENAUD is happy to have wasted an entire meeting trying to make sense of dashboards ^^ and @Kelsea_Lopez battled with a client to understand what was happening

Hi Bastien!
We have been experiencing the same issue, multiple tasks that are created thru rules or templates are not being multi-homed or added to the corresponding projects.

It is worrying. Yesterday there was a million bucks missing from our dashboards
@Julien_RENAUD started selling computers, desks and chairs
@Julio_V any news on your side?
We had the same issue since 12/3 and we edit manually over 2000 tasks .
Today the rules were working properly
Hi everyone, I’m really sorry for the trouble this caused. Our Support team recently received some reports of issues with rules not multi-homing subtasks correctly, and our Developers deployed a fix less than an hour ago.
If you’re still seeing any issues with rule actions, please reach out to our Support team with examples of affected tasks or projects, and they’ll escalate it for further investigation.
Thank you!

Maybe there are several bugs because I still have issues. See below, the task is seen in the “Comment detector” project, but if you open it, on the right hand side you don’t see the project in the list
@Julien_RENAUD do you have your million dollars back??
Hey @Bastien_Siebman, is this the result of a rule triggered after the fix was deployed (after my comment in the thread yesterday)? If so, could you report this to our Support team and include the ID of the rule or task for investigation, please? They can look into the logs and escalate your example to our Developers. Thank you!
The bug is still happening, I’ll raise it with support. Waiting to see if Julien’s issue was also fixed
