I’m wondering the best practice to create new quarterly goals assigned to existing yearly goals.
Ex.
Goal: 5M sales
Sub Goal Q1: 5M New Sales in x regions
1M sales in EU
2M sales in Asia
2M sales in North America
Now for Q2… sub goal is the same but do we need to add it again? How can we add new KRs to the existing sub goal and make sure old KRs/sub goals don’t show up anymore?

If you have sub goals, then yes, you need to add them. Your parent Goal of $5 is met with Sub Gaol 1 so it would need to be increased if adding another sub gaol. Within your project(s) for your KRs, add a section for Q1 and Q2 for tasks, and have each sub goal share that project. Unless the effort is large enough to need separate projects.
I am lost on the make sure old KRs/sub goals don’t show up anymore? Please explain.
