Notification does not appear for collaberators on mobile app

Am trying to create new project
created new colum for task status
on option i choose notify collaberators if status change
for example from in progress to completed

still no notifications arriving on mobile app.

but if i send message to all collaberators it arrive normally

This notification will go out to the task collaborators. Are you sure you have any?

Can you clarify what “if i send message to all collaberators” means? do you mean messages in the “Message” tab of the project?
