New task is not showing up in a project since yesterday

We’re experiencing an issue with this project:

As you can see, the last visible task was created on 11/6/2025, even though this project is supposed to receive new tasks daily.

When I search by task name, I can see that some tasks were indeed created in this project after 11/6/2025.

However, when I filter for tasks created yesterday, nothing appears in the results.

Could you please look into this and advise on the next steps?

There is only one result returned when I search tasks created yesterday inside the project:

Just fyi, you’ve circled Due date but it’s “Created on” that gives the date a task was created.

It’s not enough information here, so either provide more info here, or Try these troubleshooting steps, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.

If you provide more info here, click in the Search box then click Advanced search, then do a search like this (but specify your project:

After you click Search, then in the results, you can sort by Creation time to see in that order. That might help.

And how do tasks get created in the project? If tasks are not being created, wouldn’t that be the place to look into?

Thank you for your reply. I’m able to find the tasks when I search for them as you described. However, the issue is that tasks created after 11/6/2025 are not appearing in the project. Additionally, when I try to filter tasks created after that date within the project, no results show up.

Could someone please take a look at the project (https://app.asana.com/1/294631935328653/project/1205526937549647/list/1205527099112664) to check whether there might be a configuration issue or if the number of tasks is preventing new ones (created after 11/6/2025) from being displayed?

By the way, regarding the support chatbot—it hasn’t been helpful at all. For some reason, it keeps looping and asking me the same questions repeatedly, without redirecting my issue to support. I’m feeling stuck, which is why I’m posting my question here instead.

Tasks are created via API. We have confirmed that the tasks are actually created in Asana successfully and we can search them:

The only way to get the help you request is to contact Support. Please make sure you’re following the instructions in my link carefully, which have been working for others, and the FAQ linked there for support troubleshooting. Reply again here if you’re not able to create a ticket after having followed those.
