Thank you for your reply. I’m able to find the tasks when I search for them as you described. However, the issue is that tasks created after 11/6/2025 are not appearing in the project. Additionally, when I try to filter tasks created after that date within the project, no results show up.
By the way, regarding the support chatbot—it hasn’t been helpful at all. For some reason, it keeps looping and asking me the same questions repeatedly, without redirecting my issue to support. I’m feeling stuck, which is why I’m posting my question here instead.
The only way to get the help you request is to contact Support. Please make sure you’re following the instructions in my link carefully, which have been working for others, and the FAQ linked there for support troubleshooting. Reply again here if you’re not able to create a ticket after having followed those.
