After many years, in the legacy rule builder, we finally got the project (of where the rule is located in) displayed above the rule name, which was super helpful.
This seems to be missing in the rule builder (launched Sep 2026)
Could we have it back please? 
@Richard_Sather , it appears that above the trigger, you can choose the scope, and doing so places the automation in whichever project you select, regardless of where you’re creating it.
