I’m excited to announce we’re launching Rules functionality for the HubSpot + Asana integration!
With this update, you will be able to set up rules for deal updates in HubSpot to automatically create and update Asana tasks. These rules will be connected to our previously launched deal widgets.
Example use cases:
- When deal is created in X pipeline > create Asana task and reference the deal properties in the task name and description
- When deal stage changes to “Presentation scheduled” > create Asana task assigned to X
- When deal amount changes > add a comment to the associated Asana task and reference the deal properties in the comment
