New Integrations! HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Notion ⚙

A couple of weeks ago, we introduced New! Rules integrations with Google Calendar, Dropbox, Box and OneDrive, to help teams across your organizations focus on what needs your attention while Asana handles the rest!

Today we’re excited to announce three more integrations: HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Notion. Please also look at our Rules integrations and widgets Guide for more details

HubSpot + Asana Integration

The HubSpot + Asana integration allows teams to keep track of important context from deals and email marketing campaigns across apps. Teams can view accurate HubSpot campaign statuses and metrics in Asana, while working on tasks.
For example, if a deal has progressed to a new stage in HubSpot, teams using Asana to coordinate next steps can see important information like deal amount and deal owner.

• Email campaign status
• Open rate
• Click rate
• Delivery date

Mailchimp + Asana Integration

The Mailchimp + Asana integration allows teams to monitor important Mailchimp email campaign details and report on campaign metrics in Asana tasks.
With this update, teams can add a Mailchimp email campaign widget to a tracking task to monitor its performance. Teams can also use Asana rules to trigger adding campaign metrics as a comment on a linked task.
This fulfills a key value prop for tracking in Asana email campaigns executed in other apps.

Notion + Asana Integration

Teams can streamline work with Notion + Asana by automatically creating Notion pages in Asana and adding Notion pages to Asana tasks. Rather than manually creating Notion pages and linking those to relevant Asana tasks, teams can use rules to streamline how task collaborators work together in the same page.
For example, teams conducting research interviews in Asana tasks can automatically create a Notion page to take notes when the task moves to the “Interview scheduled” section. Teams can also link existing Notion pages to an Asana task so collaborators can see relevant context from the page.

Hi, @lilrkt Thank you for the feedback We don’t have any plan for the integration you mentioned right now. However, the product team is open to any ideas now. Hi everyone

I’m excited to announce we’re launching Rules functionality for the HubSpot + Asana integration!

With this update, you will be able to set up rules for deal updates in HubSpot to automatically create and update Asana tasks. These rules will be connected to our previously launched deal widgets.

Example use cases:

1. When deal is created in X pipeline > create Asana task and reference the deal properties in the task name and description
2. When deal stage changes to “Presentation scheduled” > create Asana task assigned to X
3. When deal amount changes > add a comment to the associated Asana task and reference the deal properties in the comment
