Hello - we are a national nonprofit organization with over 120 national staff. I lead our Project Management Office for our complex, cross functional multi-level portfolio of projects and initiatives. We need help with reporting on overdue task duration in Asana Portfolios. The ‘Total Overdue Tasks’ dashboard chart only displays the count of overdue tasks, not the cumulative number of overdue days. We attempted to create a custom formula field (Completed at - Due date) to calculate delay duration and report it in a dashboard, but this approach is not working as expected. Asana confirmed that this feature does not exist. There are several clunky workarounds but are not working for us. Because this is not available in Asana currently, we are requesting that Asana create report(s) showing total days of delay across tasks in Portfolios. This is blocking and delaying our work and reporting with Senior Leadership. This is High priority for us as our KPI’s are:
