I just completed the Asana Workflow Specialist Certification and it shows my email for ‘Awarded To’ and I have been sitting for 20 minutes to change that to showing my actual name and not my email.

You can update the name in your credential following these steps. If the issue persists, I recommend you to contact our team via academy@asana.com so we can investigate this further.
