Certification renewal problem. academy@asana.com not responded

I’ve done the Workflow Specialist Certificate Renewal course Part 1 and passed the exam. For some reason the second part never loaded for me: the screen flickers and there is no button to click to complete the second part. An email to academy@asana.com went unanswered since 9/30/25.

Now my certification exired and I have no way to make it current. Please help.

HI @lpb ! Congrats on renewing your Workflow Specialist Certificate.

Sorry for any confusion - the email you received was to notify you of the expiration of your original certificate. When you completed the renewal you were issued a new certificate which has the new completion date and one year expiration. You will be able to see both credentials on your digital wallet at certifications.asana.com.

As a note, if you added your original credential to LinkedIn it will now show as expired. You will want to reshare your new credential so that it includes the valid renewal status.

We are looking for a solution to better update the expiration on the original certificate to reduce the number of credentials and make this process more clear.

Thanks, @JJ_Janikis, for explaining, and I think everything is ok now.

I had written because in Asana I think my certification had gone missing, but maybe it just needed a little time because I see it is showing up there again now. I had already uploaded the new cert to LinkedIn so that part was ok.

So…all set…thank you!

Thank you for fixing the technical issues. I was able to complete the second part of the renewal and got my certificate.
