Hi @Lorenzo_Di_Palma , welcome to the forum :waving_hand:
It appears you have posted the entire template so I have trimmed your post to just your questions.

You might have to contact Asana Support for them to have a look into this. I just completed the Workflow Specialist Certificate Renewal in January and something similar happened. The support tech was able to ensure it was connected to my profile. I’m not sure if this is the same issue, but hopefully that helps. The support is usually good in getting back to you, but you need to ensure you have a ticket logged with then.

Thanks, Lorenzo.
Appreciate the ehads up.

Was this tip related to a specific post of mine?

Hi @Lorenzo_Di_Palma , and welcome to the Forum!

I agree with the above suggestions, and I would recommend contacting Support, if you haven’t already. If you already have a support ticket open, but haven’t heard back yet, feel free to PM me with the ticket number, so that I can escalate this internally.

You can contact the Asana support team through our Asana Support chatbot, which can be found at the bottom-right of the Help Center homepage. This method allows us to collect more information about your issue and effectively place your ticket with the team best equipped to assist you.

Creating a support case through the Asana Support chatbot

  • Visit the Help Center homepage.

  • Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner to open the Asana Support chatbot.

  • Briefly describe your issue in the chat window.

  • If the suggested Help Center articles do not resolve your issue, click Yes when asked, "Would you like support for this question?" to submit a ticket.

  • Enter your first and last name, email address, and any additional details about the issue.

  • The chatbot will attempt to identify the nature of your request; you can approve the selected topic or decline it and choose the topic from a list. General topics appear first, then more specific ones (e.g., Logging in > Password verification link).

  • Provide any other relevant details and attach files like screenshots if they would be helpful.

  • The chatbot will confirm that your request has been received. You’ll also receive an email at the address you provided. When logged in, you can view your newly opened case in the Asana Customer Portal.

Hi, I earned my Admin Certificate but the Asana Academy section of my profile shows it as not started. I asked the support chatbot this question:

How can I display my Asana Administrator Certificate in my profile?

And it returned the following answer, so it seems like submitting a support ticket it the way to go.

Asana does not offer a built-in option to display your Administrator Certificate directly on your Asana profile. However, you can add information about your certification in your profile’s About me section:

Go to your profile settings and select the Profile tab.
In the About me field, add details about your Asana Administrator Certificate.
Save your changes.

This allows teammates to see your certification when they view your profile. For broader sharing, you can also add your credential to LinkedIn or other platforms.

I also have the same issue on my profile page, although I recently completed it.
How about you, @lpb ?

However, I am not sure how I managed to complete 3 out of 2 courses for the Workflows Specialist
(that’s likely to do with the renewal course I did this year..)

Pinging @JJ_Janikis for visibility

I also have a support ticket in for this.

@Richard_Sather I believe the 3 out of 2 includes your renewal course for the Workflow Specialist.

The support chatbot is wrong and should be addressed (cc @Joanna_Colgan).

Same problem. I just completed a second Cert and two more Skills and got an Asana Inbox for all three saying they were added to my profile but in fact they were not, the same prior existing other Cert and three Skills remain there; should now be two Certs and five badges but I still see:

@JJ_Janikis, since this is a problem for a few of us, maybe you can look into it instead of us all contacting Support?

Thanks,

Larry

Hi! Thanks for tagging me in here @Richard_Sather . There were some delays on adding the Asana Administrator Certificate, Resource Management Skill Badge and Campaign Management Skill Badge to the in-product Asana profile. They were scheduled to be released last week. Let me check with our team to better understand the status and why some of you are not seeing the completion marked. I’ll also check on the Workflow Specialist “3 of 2” notation.

Apologies for any confusion!
