These are all extremely well done and worth your time and effort. And you can’t beat the price (free!) for the remainder of the year!
I was lucky to have been selected to pilot these and give early feedback. The team did a fantastic job on each of these.

Do we need to have an Enterprise account for the Workflow Specialist certificate to be applicable?

Hi @Emily_Roman ! Quick question: The deadline is based on sign-up, not completion, correct? For example, one can sign up as late as December 31, 2024, and provided it is completed within 90 days after that, will it remain free?
Thank you!
D
Correct, @D_Kraft ! You can register by Dec 31 and you will still have 90 days to complete it for free

Hi,
I have just completed all 3 over the last week or so.
The workflow specialist cert only lasts for 1 year. How do you renew it, do you have to keep paying to retake the test each year or is there another way to extend/retain the cert?
Thanks

Shared some feedback about one of the example rules included in the course on another thread
Currently doing the “workflow specialist certificate ” and there is a rule that shows up as an example in the course where an approver choosing “request changes” would break the workflow.
The workflow in the course includes the two rules at the top of the following image:
(reference: “lesson: workflow specialist certificate > build:optimize your workflow > topic 12 of 13”)
[Frame 1]
If the reviewer chooses the option “request changes” then the automation to complete the main task will trigge…
Happy New Year, everyone!!!
We’ve got exciting news to kick off the year! The free access for the Workflow Specialist Certificate is now extended and valid until March 31, 2025!
This is your chance to earn this work management certification by Asana and learn how to build and manage workflows!

Have you recently completed one of the Collaborative Work Management Certifications ?
Now is the perfect time to showcase your achievement! Let the Asana Forum and your LinkedIn network know that you’re officially certified.
Follow these simple steps to add a special photo frame and display your new certification:
Prepare Your Profile Photo and Frame:
Ensure you have a digital copy of your current profile photo saved on your computer or device.
Download the photo frame below with the transparent background.
Open Canva (or Your Preferred Photo Editing Tool):
If you haven’t already, create an account or log into Canva.
Start a new project using Canva’s custom dimensions option. Choose dimensions that are similar to your profile photo (e.g., 500x500 pixels).
Upload your Images:
Upload both your profile photo and the photo frame to Canva. You can do this by clicking on the “Uploads” section usually located on the sidebar.
Design your photo:
Drag and drop your profile photo onto the canvas.
Adjust the size and position of your profile photo to fit within the dimensions of the frame.
Next, drag and drop the frame on top of the profile photo. Align it carefully to ensure it frames your profile photo as desired.
Save your edited profile photo:
Once you are happy with how it looks, click on the “Download” button.
Update your profile photo on your Asana Forum account:
Click your profile picture and select the icon.
Access Preferences.
Upload the newly designed photo and save the changes.
Update your profile photo on LinkedIn:
Log into your LinkedIn account.
Go to your profile section and click on the camera icon near your current profile photo.
Follow the prompts to upload your new profile photo and save the changes.
I hope the steps are clear but if you have any questions let us know!

Hi Emily will this same principle apply to the new extended deadline of 3/31/25?
Does anyone know when this will be offered again. I have completed all the others this past year and I’d love to add this to my knowledge base. Thanks
