How to Transfer Asana Certifications to a Different Account?

Hi everyone,

I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) currently working on Asana certifications, but I’m wondering how I can transfer those certifications from my current employer account to a new personal or work account. Is there a way to move certifications from one Asana account to another?

I couldn’t find any information on this in the forum. Does anyone know if this is possible, or if there’s a workaround for transferring certifications between accounts?

Hi @emmanuelkatto24, thanks for reaching out!

You can update the name in your certificate directly from your digital badge. However, if you want to change the email, please submit this form and confirm the email from which you completed the course and the new email you would like to use for the credential.
