- What you’re trying to do: It would be extremely helpful to add two new filter options within the “My Tasks” area. First, adding in a filter option to show tasks that are unblocked (so people know which tasks can begin right away. Secondly, it would be extremely helpful to have a filter option to only display sub-tasks, as well.
- What you’ve tried so far: We’ve tried creating rules to pull in the non-blocked tasks, but it’s been difficult to instruct each individual person to set-up these rules when the filter options mentioned feel like they should natively be built in the tool.
- What’s not working or confusing: It makes it difficult to view tasks or sub-tasks that are ready to start right away. Additional filter options in the My Task area would be a huge benefit for keeping work organized.

Welcome to the forum, @Jack_Kiesner! I don’t see English Forum > Product Feedback threads for either of these, so you could create two topics (one for each) in that category. There are related requests but they are mainly for tasks/subtasks in projects.
As a more immediate solve, you can filter for unblocked tasks in the advanced search and save that. You do lose some of the functionality of My Tasks (e.g., rules, grouping/sorting options, views), though.
