My Tasks; Board & List view not working

Bug:
On the “My Tasks” area, under “List” and “Board”, none of my tasks show up. ASANA won’t let me add any tasks to the list when clicking on the blue “Add Task” button.

Steps to reproduce:
Click on “My Tasks”, then “Board” or “List”. Then click on “Add Task”.

Browser version:
Using the App on a 2020 MacBook Pro; Version 2.0.2 (2.0.2)

What version of Asana are you using:
Premium

I do not replicate, on a Windows machine. A few quick ideas:

  1. Is only “My Tasks” affected, i.e. do named projects have the same issue?

  2. If you’re part of an org, are others affected or just you?

  3. Do you have any extensions operative for Asana?

  4. Try the standard troubleshooting, delete cookies etc.

Hi @Kimberly_Levyssohn, sorry to hear about this trouble. Additionally to the steps @anon91170507 mentioned, can you also check if the behavior persists in the web app? Can you try to reinstall the desktop app?

After perusing through some of the other solutions offered on the forum, I was able to see that ASANA was set to a filter that caused these issues. It seems that everything is working fine now and we can close the ticket. Thanks for your help!
