My whole team are having the same issue, my portfolio rules just aren’t running and showing as not run for a number of days. They aren’t complicated rules (if status in on hold > move to on hold portfolio) and were working. Nothing has been changed.

Hello @Ned_Sweeney @lpb @Jenny_Hickman Thank you very much for your feedback. I have reproduced this in my workspace and created two portfolio rules. One ran correctly, and one didn’t. The rule that ran correctly involved newly added work to the portfolio, while the one that didn’t involved work already in the portfolio. Please let me know if this is also the case on your end.

Hi @Elluz_Macalinao I am still experiencing this problem even with work that has been on the portfolio for a while now - I am noticing that it tends to be when setting something to a customised field and adding to portfolio - please can you let me know if the bug will be resolved in the next sprint or whether there will be a release shortly
