Is it possible to download all CSVs of all the projects, of all the teams that I’m a part of, without accesing each project individually?

With the Enterprise plan you have the option to do an org export. Otherwise the feature is not available in Asana natively.
Maybe 3rd party app allow it. I know Bridge24 can help you download all attachments, not sure about projects themselves.

PS: you could run a search to get the tasks from all your projects and export the search results
