How do you set it up when a task has multiple contributors - i.e. you want the entire project team to review a draft e-mail and provide feedback. Do I have to create 5 duplicate tasks? That makes the project very messy and what if their feedback is optional?
If optional, perhaps just make them all collaborators and indicate in a comment that you request their review by the task’s due date.
If required, make a subtask for each with assignee and due date, but keep the comments in the parent task’s thread (not within each separate subtask’s thread).
