How do I Merge Projects or Move Tasks into other Project?

There are a few ways to do this.

1. You could select all of the tasks in one project, then copy and paste them straight into the other.

2. If you want to keep both projects but connect all of the tasks in each, you could multi-home or ‘tether’ the tasks:

3. If you want to move everything into one task and delete the other, simply select all of the tasks in one project and drag them across to the other project in the sidebar.

Just an extra note: The above will only work with list projects, not boards.

Do you have a method to do this that brings along the subtasks associated with each task? I am looking to merge projects, but option 1 did not bring along the subtasks. Thanks for your help!

@Susan_Steckler1, I think the simplest way is to temporarily use the multi-homing (Add to Project) feature as follows to merge tasks in Project A into Project B: Multi-select (up to 50 at a time) tasks in Project A. Add to Project B (On the right side task pane, hover over the Project A designation to expose the “+” and use that to add to Project B. Tasks are now in both projects temporarily.
