@Craig_Hickling, I’m afraid this is working as expected. Several of us lobbied Asana some time ago and we understand they are still considering this, but for now it’s the expected behavior for (better or) worse.
I’m not sure at this point who the best source is for you to address this urgent issue for you. In the past we were told it was Asana Sales, so that’s why I included that link in my earlier reply here, but @Vanessa_N earlier here had another user continue with Support, as you’ve initiated. I imagine it could only help for you to contact Sales as well unless @Forum-team suggests otherwise.
