Hi all! I just set up our team’s 2024 goals in Asana and have them measuring progress based on task completion. Is there a way to connect a task to a goal from the task panel, or do I have to start within the goal section and add tasks from each goal/subgoal manually?

Your second suggestion is correct; that’s the only way to connect tasks and goals at the moment:
